Marketing Performance Review
Have you been continuing on with the same marketing activity year after year? carrying on with it because you know you have to but not seeing the required results. It can be difficult in a start up or small business to dedicate the time to getting your head around whats working or not let alone the every changing marketing trends you should be considering.
We will review all your marketing activity, provide a fresh perspective and give advice on how to make an impact going forward.
HOW IT WORKS
We will begin with a meeting for us to ask you as many questions as we can, to get a good understanding of your business, we want to know what activity you do, what you think works and what you don’t, what your aims and objectives are, we want to know it all. We will request access to any online systems you currently utilise, google analytics and adwords, your website, social media and email platforms.
We will then take some time analysing performance, researching competitors, compiling our thoughts and preparing a report for you to review yourself. After you have had time to digest this report we will have a meeting or call to ensure you are happy and understand how to move forward.
Following this review is it entirely up to you if you and your team would like to implement yourselves or if you would like to bring TRMS in on a consultancy or interim manager package to get things moving for you.
- A one hour questionnaire session allowing me to better understand your business. This questionnaire will be provided in advance to ensure we make efficient use of our session.
- 5 days dedicated to reviewing all marketing channels and activity, making suggestions and preparing your review offering practical advice. This will include a detailed 3 month suggested action plan.
- An in-depth debriefing session to discuss the review and ensure you are happy.
- 2 hour long sessions either by phone or face to face to offer advice and guidance throughout implementation of the review.
